60-Day Return Guarantee

We want you to love your Kinder Filter. If for any reason you're not satisfied, you have 60 days from delivery to request a return.

How to Return

Simply contact us with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a refund, items must be:

• Unused and in their original condition
• Returned in the original packaging (seals and foiling intact)

We reserve the right to decline returns that arrive damaged, used, or improperly packaged. Personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as it's done. Funds are returned to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
